DS Agrifoods is among the early pioneers in incorporating technology in all its manufacturing processes. We rely on computerized, sensor-driven, software-powered technologies to handle high-speed processes to perfection, with consistency and reliability built-in.
On the one hand, we have an R&D section where we have state-of-the-art equipment to test and verify rice to all known parameters besides developing our own.
On the other hand, all our processes are nearly automated with minimal human intervention. Paddy that is taken in as raw material undergoes stringent laboratory tests. Downline processes such as cleaning, de-husking, milling, sorting, and grading are handled by automated sequenced procedures controlled by a central unit with sensors to check several parameters. Our equipment is sourced from Japan and Germany.
The same meticulous attention to detail reflects in our final quality tests prior to packaging and automated packaging untouched by human hands, assuring the highest standards of hygiene.
We are now in the planning stage of implementing AI-powered equipment that will take production and quality to higher standards. We lead by actions.
